The Terms & Conditions below apply to bookings made directly via Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel managed hotel websites and payments made through our gateway system. Baan Yin Dee may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time by updating this page. The revised terms will take effect as soon as they are posted online.
EARLY CHECKOUT
All Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel managed hotels and resorts reserve the right to charge a fee for early departure, if any guests checkout earlier than their original agreed departure.
LATE CHECKOUT
This is available on request but based on availability. Please contact the Front Office. Additional fees may apply.
GUARANTEE POLICY
A valid credit card is required upon booking any Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel managed hotel. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest upon check-in together with a passport of verifiable form of identification. A swipe or copy of the card will also be taken on check-in.
Upon departure from the property, all outstanding charges will be payable by the named guest and where necessary their credit card will be debited for such fees. The hotel will also debit the credit card for all cancellations, no-shows or damages caused by the guest to the property.
This electronic transaction will be considered a binding agreement through which the guest authorizes the hotel to debit the credit card for the reasons stated and the guest’s written signature will not be required for authorization purposes.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit may be required in advance to secure a room booking at any Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel managed hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All accommodation booked at Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel managed hotels is subject to a cancellation policy and failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty. Baan Yin Dee reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations under circumstances where it appears that a guest has provided an invalid credit card or engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
Baan Yin Dee also reserved the right to cancel or modify reservations if they do not adhere to the above Terms & Conditions, or resulted from a mistake or error. In the case of cancellations, Baan Yin Dee has no obligation to guarantee new bookings or best available rates.
As a condition of using a Baan Yin Dee website or payment gateway, the guest agrees to provide proof of payment to the hotel reservations department within 48 hours of the time of booking and will include the reservation confirmation number on that proof of payment. Guest will also be fully responsible for any bank fees and/or costs required to complete the transaction(s). The hotel may cancel the reservation if proof of payment is not submitted within the 48-hour notice period.
PRICING ERRORS
Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or serviced at any point in time.
FOREIGN CURRENCY
Only the currency confirmed in the hotel reservation is valid.
RELOCATION
In the event that a Baan Yin Dee managed hotel cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, the hotel will undertake to relocate guests to an alternative property of equal or higher standard at no expense to the guest. Should there not be a property of equal or higher standard in the immediate location of the original booking, it may be required to provide guests with a property of a lower standard. If this is the case, any difference in room rates will be refunded to the guest. Any alternative accommodation offered is at the hotel’s discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a standard other than offered under this condition the guest will be required to pay any rate difference.
DISCLAIMERS
As a condition of viewing or this website, users confirm to Baan Yin Dee that they will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. Although Baan Yin Dee may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and other engagement through this website, Baan Yin Dee is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such interaction, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information resulting from communications based on this website.
Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Baan Yin Dee will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Baan Yin Dee to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials in connection with this website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding any details contained in these Terms & Conditions to the contrary, Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel and its affiliates will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
INSURANCE
Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel strongly recommends that guests purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance and select a policy that includes but is not limited to, the following coverage – loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.

Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel does not control any third party website linked to its hotel websites and is therefore not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. Baan Yin Dee provides as a service but the inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement, investigation or verification by Baan Yin Dee of the linked website or any information contained within it.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The products and/or services described in and available through the Baan Yin Dee Boutique Hotel managed hotel websites may not be available in every country around the world. Baan Yin Dee makes no representation that the services or products offered in their websites are appropriate or available for use in a particular location.
